Appearance:
Mikazuki has long vibrant blue hair
that streams down past her back, it literally looks like flowing wind
Her eyes are that of soft sea-green, and she stands about five foot
even. She normally gives off the scent of the Iris flower, and holds
herself in a very disciplined way. Her body language and perfect
posture make her a very feared yet respected ninja amongst her
people. She normally dons a soft sapphire kimono, with dual sai
strapped to her waist on the left side Her ninja toolbag is tied to
her waist by a silver string, around her neck is a necklace shaped
like that of an Iris with a sword through it. She often carries a
steel folding fan with her, the design on the front is that of a
black rose and two ladies bowing towards on it opposite sides. She
wears a light blue mask with twin lotuses crossing stems at the
bottom, sakura blossoms falling in from the top. On her right hip she
carries a pair of chain scythes, and strapped to her back in a
backpack full of supplies. She has a tattoo on her palm in the shape
of a black whirlpool. When she isn't wearing her mask, she has her
left eye covered by a light blue eyepatch that has an X on it. Two
thin scars that are paralell to eachother cross her right cheek. She
often wears twin ribbons in her hair, tying it back and causing her
bangs to drop to either side of her face.

Personality:
Mikazuki is often silent, only speaking when spoken to, or when it is
absolutely neccesary. She is very compassionate at times, but can
often kill her kindness in an instant if it means protecting her
squad. She will do anything to make sure her mission is successful
and her allies are safe. She comes across as cold and mysterious, as
her past isn't well known, even to those she has grown up to. All
that is known is that she was born of a unique clan, the last
surviving member being herself. She is a very determined girl with
an unbreakable will and a high sense of intellect. Mikazuki is often
called a Phantom, due to her being able to silently hide in the mist
for long periods of time, observing her enemies and silently killing
them with one blow.

Weapon type:
Mikazuki prefers her folding fan, which conceals a number of Senbon
that she uses as projectiles to make quick work of her enemies. She
is also known for her mastery with chain scythes and sai. Her
ultimate weapon are her steel kites and her whip. Tossing the steel
kites into the air and using the pressure of the mist and wind to her
advantage, she can create massive hurricanes that contain senbon to
make quick work of her enemies, while controlling the kites with her
chakra threads to hunt down enemies with absolute accuaracy. She
will use her whip as a last resort, being her most powerful weapon.
Her whip can take a few forms, which will be explained at the time
of use. Her whips release form is
"Strike forward with deadly accuracy, Zuki!" for her shikai. Her bankai is
"Ascend into the celestial heavens, Mizuzuki"

Shikai abilities:

"Strike forward with deadly accuracy, Zuki!"

Mika becomes extremely accurate with her strikes,
gaining intense speed and the ability to read her enemies movements
much easier. Her eyes turn pure white in this form. The whip
changes into a dark blue dual vine, with sharp barbs. The mist can
cause the whip to become invisible to the enemy eye.

Bankai Abilities:

"Ascend into the celestial heavens, Mizuzuki"

Her bankai causes the whip to hold the power of the heavens
themselves, giving Mika fluorescent silver and blue seven tiered
archangel wings. The whip grows seven tails, each holding a
different colored blade, shaped like various flowers. When hit with
one of these tails, each tail giving a different effect. When she is
in Shikai or Bankai form, she has advanced reflexes and is weak to
physical or magical based attacks. She expends tons of energy while
in these forms to maintain it, which is why it is a last resort.

Have a familiar or pet?:
She can use Kuchiyose no Jutsu to summon a snow white wolf named
Ultear. The wolf is large enough for her and two allies to mount,
and also carry scrolls and supply bags.

What game or anime are you from?
Naruto with a mix of
Bleach and originality.

Strengths:
She is rather skilled in both close up and ranged combat, making her
an adversary worthy of S-Rank. Her other strength is foresight and
her intelligence, often giving her the advantage in battle strategy.
She has a very strong chakra and reiatsu control as well as heavy
endurance and quality amounts of strength. Due to her strenuous and
often laborious training even as a child.

Weaknesses:
Overemotional. If you cause her to like you, or feel sad for you
she could freeze up for a moment. Certain memories also cause her to
have flashbacks, often resulting in her losing control. She is also
overprotective of those she loves. If you harm her friend it could
cause her to panic and act impulsively.

Fears:(Detail please)
She absolutely hates spiders and loud noises. This is because when
she was a young girl, she was attacked by a swarm of spiders and
nearly died from their venom. Luckily she was saved by an unknown
ninja that she is no longer in contact with. She was taken to
Kirigakure to become a Kunoichi, due to her talents that the ninja
discovered. After extensive training she became one of the most well
known Ninja in her generation. She hates loud things due to her
unusually silent nature. Reticent by choice, she rarely speaks.

Likes:
Cloudy days and rain, the ocean, calm, quiet places. She enjoys
these things because they bring her back to herself. Cloudy days
often mean mist, which is her element. The rain makes her feel
stronger and better, basing most of her jutsus off of wind and water.
The ocean is where she can think and write her poetry. Quiet,
calm places allow her to train or relax.

Dislikes:
Fire, Cats, and hatred. She tries to stay calm and peaceful but
hatred is something that lies within every human being. She often
uses hatred to fuel herself, but dislikes it. Cats scare her because
they are too damn mysterious for her. Fire is uncontrollable and
destructive, it is also what killed her sister, the last family
member she knew.

History:
Mikazuki grew up in a quiet, island town in the Land of Waves.
Surrounded by ocean all of her life, she grew to love it. As time
passed, her clan taught her their ways, showing her how to control
chakra and putting her through hellish training. Her body was in top
physical and mental condition, she was extremely disciplined and well
trained for battle. Her Kekkai Genkai, the Shadow Rain Release was
her ultimate talent. She had many forms of jutsu's with her
bloodline and advanced quicker than anyone in her clan. Due to this,
and out of jealousy her uncle tried to kill her. She reacted
without thinking, killing their entire clan with her jutsu
"Shadow Rain Style: Unforgivable Onslaught" with the
exception of her sister. From that day forth she vow never to use
ninjutsu again, or follow the path of ninja. One fateful day, when
her sister and herself were out foraging for food, an S-Rank missing
nin captured her sister. Trying to save her by using her bloodline
failed, as the ninja used chakra spiders to drain her. His partner
breathed flame over her sister and wouldve killed Mikazuki as well if
it hadn't been for the Jounin that saved her. He killed both ninja
and avenged her sister, while saving Mikazuki from the spiders. He
wiped her memory clean, leaving only her Kekkai Genkai and memory of
her sister, and took her to Kirigakure where she became the Phantom
Rose of Kirigakure, a jounin ranked Kunoichi with incredible talent.
She was looked up to by her peers and her squad. She could often be
found training the Genin and Academy Students in her free time and
enjoyed spending time with her squad, training together.

Kekkai Genkai – Shadow Rain Release
Combing the elements of Wind and Water,
her bloodline is unique only to the Shizuyo Clan.

Shadow Rain Style –Unforgivable Onslaught:
Black clouds fill the sky, downpouring
senbon and acidic rain that eat away chakra, harming only those she
chooses. If she loses control, this jutsu could kill her and her
entire village. Due to this, this ability was sealed and cannot be
unsealed. -UNUSABLE-

Shadow Rain Style – Dome of Hatred:
Mikazuki fades away completely,
surrounding the area around her enemy(ies) with a black dome of thick
mist that is impenetratable. The mist chokes off the basic senses
for anyone caught within the radius. Chakra slowly leaves the body
while in this mist at a very low rate. Those caught within the mist
are prone to being hit with senbon. The mist increases Mikazuki's
speed and drains her chakra at a set rate.

Shadow Rain Style – Precipice of Demise:
Mikazuki creates a black mist that surrounds the area, causing enemies caught within to feel dread,
remembering their worst memories and seeing their worst fears in repeat. During this jutsu, Mikazuki can create multiple water clones of herself to terrorize the enemy even more. She often uses her fan-senbon technique with her clones to rapidly pierce the enemy with needles.

Shadow Rain Style – Samba of the Black Umbrella:

Mikazuki tosses her umbrellas into different corners of the sky,
causing them to spin uncontrollably. While they are spinning, senbon
pepper the enemy, continually damaging them. While this is
happening, black mist covers the area within the umbrella's radius,
and those caught within the mist are blinded. While Mikazuki is in
the mist, she gains a small speed increase and wields her chain
scythes, becoming enraged with battle spirit, she can deal extra
damage, which also gives her access to a normal jutsu she mastered ;
Dance of the Devil Iris.
